Q. If I unsubscribe/resign from the Empowered Surveys online community, will I lose my rewards?

A. Yes, and we will be incredibly sad to see you leave! Your account will be permanently terminated, and you will not be able to recover your rewards.

 

Q. I didn’t receive my reward - what do I do?

A. Due to reporting requirements, some surveys may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. While other survey rewards will appear in your account instantly. Please contact us if you are having trouble with your rewards.

**For Lifestyle surveys, rewarding may take up to 14 business days due to quality checking of the survey provider. To know more, kindly refer to the survey invite notes. While for surveys sent through admin@cintindex.com, points for completed surveys may take up to 48 business hours as the crediting is manually done as of the moment. We are currently working out on automating this.

 

Q. How do I redeem points to PayPal?

Your Empowered Surveys email address should be linked or same as your PayPal account. Simply choose the reward option that's available for your e-points balance and wait for the approval.

Q. How do I redeem points to gift voucher?

Simply choose the reward option that's available for your e-points balance and wait for the approval. Your voucher will be sent to your registered Empowered Surveys account.

Q. How long does it take to receive my reward once I have a request for redemption?

A. Gifta redemptions will be processed within 5 business days while PayPal redemptions will be processed within 10 business days. You will be able to receive them in your emails within 1-2 days after processing.
