Peer to peer accommodation users are less likely to think that their accommodations are neat and clean

Empowered Surveys recently conducted a survey where the opinions of our panel members greatly helped us in deriving a series of interesting insights. Having spoken to the Aussie population, we found out that

  • In terms of trust, P2PA (peer to peer accommodation) i.e. Airbnb users are more likely to feel that P2PA provides safe accommodation, but are less likely to think that P2PA providers are trustworthy.
  • P2PA users are more likely to think that P2PA provides them with different types of accommodations to choose from, but are less likely to think that P2PA accommodations are neat and clean.
  • P2PA users are more likely to consider P2PA when they travel, but less likely to adopt to P2PA on a frequent basis.
  • P2PA users are more likely to feel that it is easy to get access to P2PA, but less likely to think that P2PA’s are located near important places such as shopping centres or public transportation.
